The following information may be collected when creating an account or making a purchase through THAT GAY LABEL: Full name, email address, delivery address and contact number.
The personal information that's collected from you will be used for some or all of the reasons listed below:
- To deliver the products you've purchased online.
- In reply to any customer support enquiries.
- To keep you up to date with the handling and delivery of your product/s.
- To keep you up to date with any products that may be of interest to you or sales and campaigns. (You can unsubscribe from marketing information at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in your emails you recieve).
We take these steps to protect your personal information:

- Destroying any personal information that's no longer needed on our end.
We treat website and credit card security very seriously and endeavour to provide a secure and safe platform through our well established third parties to conduct transactions. Payment processing is set up through Stripe, Shopify and Paypal.
We may provide personal information to third parties for limited purposes, such as to help in providing goods and services to customers.
These business' may include:
- Organisations who carry out credit, fraud and security checks.
- Our online payment gateway service providers, for the purpose of processing payments.
- Australia Post (but not limited to), who delivers all of our parcels.
We limit the information we provide to third parties to the information they need to help us get our products to you.

This data may include:
- IP addresses and browser versions.
- Number of visitors, visits and similar data relating to your navigation of our site.
A cookie is a small text file that's places on your computer's hard drive.
Cookies help us to improve our site and deliver a better and more tailored service for all customers. Storing information about your preferences and allowing us to recognise when you return to our site.
You may refuse to accept cookies online, but please note that if your select this option you may be unable to access certain parts of our site.

We reserve the right to update or correct information on this site at any time. In the event that a product has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to refuse shipment of or cancel any offer to purchase the product. Where we become aware of any error or inaccuracy after acceptance of your offer to purchase, we'll inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund and cancelling your order or the option of re-placing your order at the created amount. Where we cannot get in contact with you by the close of the following business day, an automatic cancel of order and refund will be applied.
As per the third party payments sites, you may be asked to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This can include ID in the name of the purchaser or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be supplied the money will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. This is to protect against any credit fraud and provide a safe payment platform for all online shoppers.
Leaving your parcel:
You may choose to leave your parcel at your front door through Australia Post. Please note that once your parcel has been delivered, the parcel is no longer our responsibility and no exchanges/refunds will be offered from lost or damaged products.
If any item in your order is temporarily or permanently out of stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or exchange for a product of the same value. If the item is coming back in stock, you can decide to wait and it'll be shipped as soon as it's back in stock.

Delivery of your order:
Please see more information on this under the Shipping information section in FAQ. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we'll not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier. We have no control over this and cannot foresight delays caused by any incorrect information or delivery address that you've provided to us.
Changing of Address:
Unfortunately once an order has been processed and shipped the delivery name and address cannot be changed. If you contact before the products have been shipped and provide proof of residence in the new address and receipt of purchase, these changes can be made. If completely incorrect information has been provided, the package will be returned to sender and you'll have to pay for postage for this to be re-sent to you.
